DPC IT Solutions is pleased to announce that today we completed the contract to provide Aruba guest wireless access to the Hyatt Olive 8 Hotel in Seattle, plus staff in “back of the house” and elevator landings.

The successful proposal was a team effort with key partners, TVT Services, Firstline Communications, and CSI Combined Systems Inc.

Valued in six figures, this is the 2nd largest Aruba Wireless contract for DPC to date.

Equipment consists of 126 AP-93H and 20 AP-105 Access Points, a 7210 Mobility Controller, 8 Aruba S2500 48 port and 5 S2500 24 port POE switches, plus associated licenses.

With the Olive 8 connected via a microwave link to the Grand Hyatt a few blocks away, we were able to implement failover between the two controllers.
